How can I be sure that the clothes will fit me properly when I order online ?

What is your return policy in case I'm not satisfied with my purchase ?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, minus any shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at 1indoorparade@gmail.com. Once return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does shipping typically take, and do you offer expedited options ?
Our shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
If you need your order sooner, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. You can select your preferred shipping method and see the estimated delivery date before completing your purchase.
Please keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by factors such as order volume, holidays, and weather conditions. We recommend checking your order's tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item in my order ?
1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
2. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 1indoorparade@gmail.com.
